Agents on our pro plan pay just $395 per transaction. That’s it, no fine print, no hidden costs. You earn a big commission, you pay $395.00. You earn a small commission, you pay $395.00. It doesn’t get any simpler that this. Each pro plan agent pays $50.00 each month to cover the costs of training, technology, phones, computers, etc.
HOMEnet Real Estate - Budget Plan
As an agent on our Budget plan you’ll pay $595 per transaction. There is an annual fee of $100 that covers all your office charges all year long. That means no monthly fees. Talk about straightforward.
